AAU Transfers Technology to Commercialise Long-Lasting Kaji Nemu Juice

Assam Agricultural University (AAU) has transferred its patented technology that preserves Kaji Nemu juice for up to two years without chemicals to Trinity Fructa Pvt. Ltd. through a signed MoU.

The innovation, developed after years of research, is expected to boost farmers’ income, reduce wastage and help commercialise Assam’s iconic lemon variety.
