AREIDA Calls for Scientific Overhaul of Rainwater Harvesting Norms in Guwahati

Amid severe urban flooding in Guwahati, AREIDA has urged a scientific revision of outdated rainwater harvesting rules. President P.K. Sharma said current systems, in place for over a decade, have failed to recharge groundwater.
