Artificial Floods Disrupt Life in Dibrugarh

Dibrugarh residents face severe artificial flooding despite no rainfall. The Naliapool area’s water level rose suddenly on Thursday afternoon, causing panic. Floodwaters have entered homes again, leading to the closure of the National Highway and cutting off electricity. The district administration and Municipal Corporation began digging the highway to remove excess water. The cause of the artificial flooding remains unknown.
