Asha Bhosle Cremated with Full State Honours in Mumbai

Legendary singer Asha Bhosle was cremated with full state honours at Shivaji Park in Mumbai. Her mortal remains, draped in the national flag, were given a ceremonial gun salute by Mumbai Police.

Her son Anand performed the last rites, while several film personalities and political leaders, including Devendra Fadnavis and Eknath Shinde, paid tribute.

Artists and admirers across the country remembered her extraordinary musical legacy spanning over eight decades.
