Assam BJP to Celebrate Ahilyabai Holkar’s 300th Birth Anniversary Across Districts

Assam BJP will commemorate the 300th birth anniversary of Ahilyabai Holkar from May 21–31 across all districts. The announcement came during a workshop in Guwahati, led by state BJP president Dilip Saikia. Leaders praised Holkar’s legacy of social reform, temple restoration, and women’s empowerment. Various district-level programmes will highlight her contributions to Indian history and culture.
