Assam Cabinet Hikes ASHA Honorarium, Approves Land Allotments

The Assam Cabinet approved a hike in ASHA workers’ monthly honorarium to ₹4,000 and ASHA supervisors’ to ₹10,200 from October 1. It also cleared land allotments for 1,011 organizations and 146 government institutions across districts. Additionally, the Pollution Control Board, Assam will be renamed as Assam Pollution Control Board.
