Assam CM Announces Mobile App to Report Bad Roads

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced a mobile app enabling citizens to report bad roads directly to the PWD. Initially launching in Guwahati, Tezpur, Jorhat, Dibrugarh, and Silchar by March or April, the app aims to ensure prompt road repairs. It will expand to other areas later.

The CM also expressed condolences for the Dima Hasao mining tragedy victims, assuring relief for families and strict action against those responsible for illegal mining.
