Assam Contractual Health Workers Begin Indefinite Protest

Hundreds of contractual health workers in Assam have launched an indefinite protest in Chachal demanding job security, regularization, PF benefits, and ambulance replacements. Led by the All Assam Contractual Health Workers’ Association, they warned of disruptions in healthcare if their long-pending demands remain unmet.
