Assam Education Minister Alerts Public About False Results Announcement

Assam’s Education Minister, Ranoj Pegu, raised concerns on social media regarding false information being spread. Pegu shared a screenshot of a fake Twitter account using his name, spreading rumors about the announcement of HSLC & HS Examination, 2024 results.

The screenshots showed that miscreants claimed the results would be declared on April 20, 2024, which Pegu clarified as baseless. He asserted that the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) and Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) would release the results according to their predetermined schedule.
