Assam Police Seize 1.35 Kg Heroin, ₹14.06 Lakh Cash in Naharkatia

Naharkatia, Assam: Assam Police seized 1.35 kg of heroin packed in 107 soap boxes, along with ₹14.06 lakh in cash and two vehicles during an anti-narcotics operation in Naharkatia. One person was arrested in connection with the case.

Police believe the seizure has dealt a major blow to an organised drug trafficking network. Further investigation is underway to trace the source and destination of the contraband.
