Assam Ranks Among Top Five in BJP Membership Drive with 13 Lakh Enrollments

Assam has secured a spot among the top five states in BJP’s membership drive, enrolling 13 lakh new members in just a week, according to Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. During a meeting at the State BJP Headquarters, Sarma revealed that as of September 9, nearly 12.9 lakh memberships had been registered, with hopes of surpassing last year’s total of 18 lakh. The drive, which began on September 2, will conclude on September 25. Efforts are being made to manually enroll members in areas with limited internet connectivity.
