Assam Tops Crude Oil and Gas Royalty Earnings in 2024-25
Assam received ₹3,766.01 crore in crude oil and gas royalties in 2024-25, the highest among producing states. Rajasthan and Gujarat followed with ₹3,470.33 crore and ₹3,330.15 crore, respectively. Assam’s royalty has steadily risen from ₹1,432.08 crore in 2020-21.
