Awareness Programme on Disability Inclusion Held at Gauhati University

A Youth Awareness Programme on disability inclusion was held at Gauhati University on Wednesday by SAKSHAM North Assam Prant in collaboration with the NSS Cell as part of World Disability Day.

Speakers stressed the need for mental health awareness and greater support for persons with disabilities. Several achievers were honoured as Divyang Champions, with around 260 volunteers and teachers participating in the event.
