Bangladeshi National Arrested by BSF for Illegal Entry into Indian Territory

A Bangladeshi national, Sahib Uddin (28), was apprehended by Border Security Force (BSF) troops in Cherakuri, Karimganj district, after illegally swimming across the Kushiyara River into Indian territory. The BSF operation also led to the recovery of Indian items, including bottles of foreign liquor, from the individual. After extensive interrogation by the BSF intelligence department, Sahib Uddin was handed over to Karimganj police for further legal proceedings.
