BJP Reviews Strategy in Tinsukia, Targets Big Wins in Five Assembly Seats

The BJP held a high-level core committee meeting in Tinsukia, led by Assam in-charge Harish Dwivedi, to assess preparations for the upcoming Assembly election. Dwivedi urged leaders to strengthen booth-level work, boost grassroots outreach, and aim for historic victory margins.

Confident of sweeping all five seats—Digboi, Margherita, Makum, Sadiya and Tinsukia—party legislators said Opposition presence was “almost nil.” Leaders also reiterated strong support for the incumbent Digboi MLA as the best choice to secure a big win.
