Bodoland People’s Front Reveals Lok Sabha Candidates for Assam Constituencies

The Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) recently unveiled its candidates for two key constituencies in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Kampa Borgoyary and Durga Das Boro have been nominated for the Kokrajhar and Darrang Udalguri Lok Sabha constituencies respectively. Borgoyary, the former Deputy Chief of BTC, and Boro, the sitting MLA from Kalaigaon, were declared as candidates by BPF supremo Hagrama Mohilary following a CWC meeting at Bathou Kherai Resort. BPF is set to contest in a total of five Lok Sabha constituencies in Assam, with candidates for Barpeta, Guwahati, and Tezpur to be announced soon. Borgoyari, upon receiving the party ticket, expressed confidence in securing victory for BPF in the Kokrajhar constituency.
