Body Found in Dibrugarh Drain May Be Missing Doctor

A body was discovered in the Dibrugarh Town Protection Drain at Paltan Bazar on Friday, raising concerns among locals. A card found on the body identified the deceased as Dr. Pratyush Kumar Debroy, an 80-year-old doctor who had been missing since October 11. Authorities are investigating, though formal identification is pending. Dr. Debroy, who reportedly suffered from dementia, was last seen visiting Durga Puja pandals. The Indian Medical Association (IMA) Dibrugarh chapter has expressed condolences.
