Cattle Theft in Bokakhat Sparks Villagers’ Anger

Three cows were stolen from Haren Gogoi’s cowshed in Khatiakhuli on Wednesday night. Locals chased the thieves around 3 AM, but they escaped with the cattle in a vehicle. One suspect was handed over to police. Villagers have expressed frustration over repeated thefts and lack of police action.
