Chain Snatcher Ranesh Daimary Dies After Police Firing in Guwahati
Wanted dacoit Ranesh Daimary, alias Raju, died at GMCH after being shot during a police operation. Police say he tried to fire at officers while recovering a hidden pistol in Chachal. His wife claims he was at a wedding in Nalbari. Daimary was linked to over 30 crimes in Guwahati.
