College Lecturer Critically Injured in Head-On Collision in Assam’s Sonitpur District

A college lecturer, identified as Sucheta Rajkhowa, sustained critical injuries in a head-on collision in Sonitpur district, Assam. The accident occurred on the four-lane national highway at Kusumtola in Jamugurihat, involving her Hyundai Santro car and a Bolero vehicle. Rajkhowa was rushed to a nearby hospital but later transferred to Tezpur Medical College and Hospital for advanced treatment due to the severity of her injuries. As of now, her health condition remains critical.
