Cotton University to host three-day Book Fair in April

Cotton University will host a three-day Book Fair on its campus from April 21 to 23, 2026, aiming to promote reading culture and literary engagement in the region.

The event will feature a wide range of books, including academic texts, competitive exam guides, fiction, non-fiction, and children’s literature, attracting students, faculty, and readers from Guwahati and beyond.

Publishers and booksellers from across the region have been invited to participate, with stall allotments on a first-come, first-served basis.

The fair is expected to provide a common platform for readers and the publishing community at one of Assam’s leading academic institutions.
