Daylight Heist: Rs 4.12 Lakhs Looted in Nagaon

In Nagaon’s Kachamari area, four motorcycle-borne miscreants looted Rs 4.12 lakhs from Biswajit Deka, manager of Krishna Filling Station, on Wednesday. They threatened him with sharp weapons while he was on his way to deposit the cash in a bank. The owner, Krishnamoni Nath, reported the incident to the police. Senior police officers, including Superintendent Swapnaneel Deka, have launched an investigation.
