Defamation Case Filed by APCC President Against Assam Chief Minister

APCC president Bhupen Kumar Borah has filed a defamation case worth Rs 10 crore against Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma following objectionable remarks made by Sarma about Borah’s joining the saffron party. The case has been registered in court, confirmed by Congress spokesperson Bedabrata Bora.
