Dengue spreads from Assam hills districts to the plains

Dengue has spread its wings from the hill districts of Assam to the plains, with the trail of infection travelling from capital Guwahati to the towns of upper Assam.

Dengue virus, however, remains unstoppable in the hill district of Karbi Anglong from where over 90% of the dengue cases of the state have been reported in the last five days.
