Six labourers from Assam killed in a landslide at coal mine in Nagaland

According to reports on Thursday, an unfortunate accident at a colliery in the border town of Merapani in Nagaland claimed the lives of at least six Assam coal mine workers.

The six men were trapped in the landslide that killed them as they were engaged in mining operations at the coal mine. Four other labourers suffered varied degrees of injury in the same incident, and their present condition is critical.
