Dhakuakhana Murder Case Transferred to CID for Thorough Investigation

The Director General of Police, Assam, has transferred the Dhakuakhana murder case to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) amid ongoing speculation about the identity of the beheaded, half-burned body found in a field. The body is suspected to belong to either Jal Jeevan Mission contractor Sunil Gogoi or Jahangir Hussain, a mason working under him.
