Family Demands Probe into Woman’s Mysterious Death in Guwahati

Udalguri: The body of Neha Saikia, who was found dead under mysterious circumstances in her rented accommodation at Silpukhuri, Guwahati, was brought to her home in Udalguri on Tuesday after a post-mortem examination.

Her family alleged that her death was a planned murder and not a suicide, demanding a fair and impartial investigation. They also urged police to question the landlord as part of the probe. Police have launched an investigation, and the exact cause of death is yet to be established.
