Fatal Car Accident Claims Two Lives in Assam’s Karimganj District

In a tragic incident on Saturday night, two men lost their lives, and another sustained injuries in a car accident in Assam’s Karimganj district. The accident occurred on the Kaliganj-Khagail road at Burunga Bridge around 11 p.m. as three friends were returning from the market in an Alto car (registration number AS10 A 7136).

The collision proved fatal, instantly claiming the lives of Sabbir Hussain and Ibrahim Ahmed. Jahirul Islam, the third occupant, suffered severe injuries and was promptly admitted to Karimganj Civil Hospital for medical attention. The incident highlights the need for enhanced road safety measures and awareness to prevent such tragic accidents.
