Fatal Elephant Attack Adds to Man-Elephant Conflict Woes in Nalbari

The escalating man-elephant conflict in Nalbari and surrounding areas reached a tragic peak as a wild elephant claimed the life of Dhaniram Narzary (38) and critically injured Sunil Basumatary (65) in Tamulpur. The attack occurred at night, resulting in Narzary’s immediate demise, while Basumatary is battling for his life in the ICU.
