Floods Force Closure of 30 Schools in Bokakhat

Flooding caused by the Brahmaputra, Gelabil and Dhanashiri rivers has inundated 30 schools in Bokakhat Co-district, disrupting regular classes.

Several schools have been forced to suspend classes, while East Kuruwabahi Middle English School is being used as a flood relief camp. At Mohuramukh Higher Secondary School, only Classes IX and X are currently being conducted.
