Four Afghan Nationals Held in Guwahati for Illegal Stay

Assam Police arrested four Afghan nationals from Guwahati’s Hatigaon area for living without valid documents since 2015. They were allegedly running an illegal money-lending business. Suspicious documents were seized. A case has been registered, and investigations are ongoing into their entry and activities. CM Himanta Biswa Sarma reiterated strict action against illegal infiltration.
