Gauhati University Forms Committee to Investigate Marksheet Tampering Scam

In response to a recent marksheet tampering scandal, Gauhati University established a high-powered confidential committee on Sunday to investigate the issue and assess the damage caused by the suspected activities of ITI Limited. The university’s registrar stated that multiple record modifications of an undergraduate student from an affiliated college had been detected during emergency meetings. The activities in the software database by the unit head of ITI Limited are under examination. This action follows the arrest of at least eight individuals involved in the alleged large-scale marksheet manipulation scam at the university.
