GMC Conducts Cleanliness Drive in Key Areas of Guwahati

The Guwahati Municipal Corporation carried out a cleanliness drive on Tuesday across several busy areas of Guwahati, including GS Road in Christian Basti, Panjabari, Ananda Nagar and Prophasar Road.

Sanitation workers conducted sweeping, drain cleaning and garbage removal in these high-traffic zones. The civic body said the drive aims to improve urban hygiene and urged residents and businesses to avoid littering and follow proper waste disposal practices to keep the city clean.
