GMC Conducts Night Eviction Drive to Clear Encroachments in Ganeshguri

Guwahati: The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) carried out a late-night eviction drive in Ganeshguri on Friday, removing illegal encroachments from roads and footpaths to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety.

GMC said similar drives will continue across the city and urged residents, vendors and businesses to avoid encroaching on public spaces.
