GMCH Launches WhatsApp Helplines for Grievance Redressal

To improve patient care and ensure quicker complaint resolution, Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) has introduced dedicated WhatsApp helplines. Patients and attendants can register grievances at 6900476006, while employees can use 6900476161.

According to the Superintendent’s Office, all complaints will be monitored round-the-clock by the Deputy Superintendent for prompt action. Hospital authorities said the move aims to make healthcare services more transparent and responsive.
