In a significant operation, the Traffic Branch of Gorchuk Police Station’s WGPD team apprehended Joon Bhuyan, 25, of Fatashil Ambari, at Lokhra Crossing. Bhuyan was caught red-handed with 16 vials of suspected brown sugar and a syringe.
