Guwahati’s LGBI Airport Records 7.67% Growth, Boosts International and Cargo Traffic

LGBI Airport, Guwahati, saw 7.67% growth in FY 2024–25, handling 6.57 million passengers and 12,893 MT cargo—a 183.91% increase. International passengers hit a record 91,594, aided by new routes to Paro, Malaysia, and Singapore. Three new domestic routes were added. The airport won the Greentech PCWR Award and achieved ACI Level 2 Customer Experience Accreditation. DigiYatra services were also expanded.
