Hagrama Mohilary to Take Oath as BTC CEM, Open to All-Party Support

BPF chief Hagrama Mohilary, set to be sworn in as BTC CEM on October 3, invited all parties, including UPPL and BJP, to work together. After winning 28 of 40 seats, BPF staked claim to form the council. Mohilary stressed development and cultural projects, including a memorial park and statue of Zubeen Garg. Outgoing CEM Pramod Boro resigned, thanking people for their support. CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and Governor Acharya are expected at the oath ceremony.
