Heroin worth Rs 7 crore seized in Mizoram

Mizoram Police arrested three persons and seized 1.4kg of heroin valued at over Rs 7 crore from Dungtlang village in Champhai district on the Mizoram-Myanmar border on Wednesday.

Chief public relations officer of the state police department and IGP (headquarters), John Neihlaia, said the policemen at Dungtlang police check gate recovered the contraband kept in 115 soap cases.
