Himanta Biswa Sarma Targets Mamata Banerjee Over Hindu Politics

Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday launched a sharp attack on Mamata Banerjee, saying she would not be able to “divide Hindus” and warning that those involved in alleged violence would face legal action.

The Assam Chief Minister also accused TMC workers of intimidation and said the people’s verdict would become clear on May 4. He further claimed that West Bengal would soon witness “growth, peace and prosperity.”
