IIT Guwahati Hosts Astronomical Society of India Annual Meet

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati inaugurated the 44th Annual Meeting of the Astronomical Society of India on Saturday, bringing together over 600 astronomers, researchers, and students from across the world.

The five-day conference marks the return of the ASI Annual Meeting to the Northeast after 30 years. The event will feature more than 140 scientific talks and 355 poster presentations on astronomy, space science, and related fields.
