India-Japan Education Conclave to be Held in Guwahati on September 28

The third edition of the “India-Japan Education Conclave” will take place at Cotton University in Guwahati on September 28, 2024. Education Minister Ranoj Pegu has invited educators, researchers, and students to participate in this event, which aims to deepen Indo-Japan relations. This conclave follows Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma’s recent engagement with Japanese university delegates and is expected to strengthen collaboration in education, research, and development between India and Japan, particularly focusing on the strategic importance of the Northeast region.
