Indian Railways Allows Boarding Point Change Till Second Chart Preparation

Indian Railways has extended the deadline for changing boarding points up to the preparation of the second reservation chart, offering greater flexibility to passengers.

Earlier, changes were allowed only before the first chart. The new system enables last-minute modifications, improving travel convenience.

Officials said the upgrade, implemented by the Centre for Railway Information Systems, reflects a continued focus on passenger-friendly services.
