IndiGo Launches Direct Guwahati–Bangkok Flight, Boosting International Connectivity

Guwahati: IndiGo launched its inaugural direct flight from Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport to Bangkok on Tuesday, marking a significant boost to air connectivity between Northeast India and Southeast Asia. The flight departed at 6:15 pm, with regular services scheduled to begin on October 31.

The Guwahati–Bangkok route will operate every Wednesday and Saturday, promoting tourism, trade and cultural exchanges between Assam and Thailand. With this addition, Guwahati Airport now connects to five international and 24 domestic destinations.
