Kamrup Court Hears Pleas in Case Linked to Zubeen Garg Matter

The District and Sessions Court, Kamrup (Metro), on Monday heard multiple petitions related to proceedings linked to the Zubeen Garg case.

The court discussed petitions concerning the attachment of Mahavir Aqua Firm and a residential flat at Orchid Hill View, Beltola, registered in the name of Siddharth Sharma. It was informed that a related writ petition is pending before the Gauhati High Court and listed for hearing on February 25. The trial court fixed March 2 for further hearing on the Mahavir Aqua matter.

In a separate plea, the defence sought production of documents earlier submitted before a Singapore court in related proceedings.
