Kaziranga National Park Sees Record Tourist Surge

Assam’s Kaziranga National Park is witnessing an unprecedented rise in tourist footfall, driven by the Advantage Assam 2.0 Investment Summit. Over 2.65 lakh visitors have already arrived, with numbers expected to surpass last year’s 3 lakh mark. In the past five months, over 2 lakh tourists, including 11,000 foreigners, visited the park. Revenue from entry fees has exceeded ₹4.3 crore. Officials anticipate a record-breaking season, reaffirming Kaziranga’s status as a top wildlife destination.
