Kaziranga’s Bagori Range to Reopen from Sept 26

Kaziranga National Park’s Bagori Range will reopen on September 26, announced CM Himanta Biswa Sarma. The Kohora Range is expected to open in October, and elephant safaris will resume from November 1.

Meanwhile, Manas National Park reopened on September 24 for the 2025–26 season with an awareness rally. Both UNESCO sites mark the start of Assam’s festive tourist season.
