Minister Health & Family Welfare Keshab Mahanta inaugurated the Anti Retroviral Therapy (AR) Dispensation Centres in 6 Central Jails (Guwahati, Silchar, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Tezpur and Nagaon) centrally from Guwahati Central Jail today to provide free treatment and medicines to HIV positive prisoners.
