LGBI Airport Records Passenger Traffic Surge

Since November 6, 2024, Guwahati’s LGBI Airport handled over 1.74 lakh passengers and 1,202 flights. On November 14, it recorded its highest daily passenger count of 20,413 and 146 flight movements.

In October, the airport achieved a record 7,651 international passengers. With an average daily traffic of 17,500 passengers, LGBI’s smooth operations reflect the efforts of its stakeholders and its growing role as a key Northeast gateway.
