Major Narcotics Seizure: Assam Police Seize Rs 32 Lakhs Worth of Yaba Tablets, Arrest Two

Murajhar Police in Assam’s Hojai district conducted a late-night operation at Pub Samarali village, resulting in the seizure of 6,400 Yaba tablets worth over Rs 32 lakhs. Acting on specific inputs, the raid led by Officer-in-Charge Shashadhar Kalita targeted drug peddlers Faizuddin and Mahboob Alam, who had procured the narcotics from Dimapur, Nagaland, intending to sell them locally.
